Wonderful stay with good gardens!
lovely hotel friendly staff beautiful garden
I found the hotel to be quite lovely, and the staff proved helpful and friendly. The gardens on the premises were beautiful. They lit up every evening. The club lounge offered complimentary cocktails and snacks from 5 PM to 7 PM. This was a definite plus.
The room decor seemed dated.

The resort provided a lovely garden ! I could relax and enjoy the tranquil natural environment. The hotel also features a bar and restaurants, with a selection of food and drinks with very attentive service.

I found the hotel is near a major transportation hub. The Shinagawa Station is near the hotel! It allowed efficient travel throughout the city. This also facilitated seamless airport transfers to both Haneda and Narita.

Excellent Stay with Garden Views

The hotel is very close to Shinagawa Station. It makes access to various lines and destinations easy. I especially enjoyed the beautiful gardens on the hotel (they offer a peaceful escape). The convenience store onsite was very useful for grabbing snacks.
The air conditioning system was not adjustable. I prefer a cooler room and found it difficult to regulate the temperature to my liking.

The staff assisted with reservations and provided helpful directions. They were polite and attentive during my interactions at the front desk. I had no issues with communication as their English proficiency was excellent.
